Session Duration:

Typically, Shopify support sessions run for 1-2 hours. This timeframe allows for comprehensive store review and effective problem-solving. If necessary, multiple sessions can be scheduled with breaks in between.

What You Need to Provide:

Prior to the session, please share a list of tasks or changes you'd like to address. Additionally, set up a temporary staff account or provide login details with a temporary password for seamless collaboration.

Pricing:

FastNetShop's Shopify support sessions are priced at £85 for 1 hour or £150 for a 2-hour session. Any additional work beyond the allotted time can be discussed and agreed upon during the session.
